Using Your Trinfinity8 System in a Health and Beauty Rejuvenation Program

  • After you go through the registration and set-up steps the first time you hook it all up, you are ready to design your first custom rejuvenation sequence.

  • It's time for a personal self-assessment: What does your body need to function with more energy, with more balance? What features or systems can be more healthy, more beautiful? Take some notes.

  • Then review each of the Therapy Screens by clicking on them one at a time, or reviewing them in your User Manual. Acquaint yourself with the possibilities open to creating a new and improved you.

    The first time you set up a sequence for yourself, it's easy to become too enthusiastic, like a kid in a candy shop. But, it's best to prioritize: Know what is most important to you and do that sequence first.

 

Before you run your first session, please read over the T8 Do's and Dont's list in the user manual so that you get the most out of every session and the longest life out of your T8 System.

 


You get the best long-term results when you run your Trinfinity8 sequence for an Initial Sequence of eight to ten times, scheduling one or two sessions a week.

How do you know how many weeks it will take? After eight or nine sessions, you will have a good idea of whether you need to continue with more initial sessions before going to a Maintenance Schedule.

Once you complete your Initial Sequence, then you move on to your Maintenance Schedule. This may involve running your sequence as often as once or twice a month, or as little as every two or three or six months.

Again, this Maintenance Schedule depends on how thoroughly you have embraced the changes and how actively you are supporting your overall health with good nutrition, movement, and positive thoughts and emotions.

We recommend that you take a series of Before pictures, then do your After pictures for comparison, although the way you feel and the way you glow will probably tell you more than photos ever will!
